The 'Meadows' is a mixed purpose development (residential and commercial) to be developed on the Lagos Mainland, and consisting of 2BR & 3BR condominiums and 4BR maisonettes. The 40-unit project is located at Ebute-Metta. The units have been beautifully designed and would be finished to high standards like in our previous projects. Features are as detailed below:
Common Areas: Supermarket, gym, bush-bar for hanging out and a garden for relaxation, all in order to foster a real community.
Services: Security, backup power, treated water supply, landscaping, cleaning of common areas, waste disposal, central sewage management etc. These would be managed by Tetramanor, with input from residents, to ensure services of the utmost quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Project completion is planned for September 2020 and payment plans are available.
